１. Notification of participation qualification confirmation result
Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been qualified for the proposal and those who have not been accepted will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason therefor.
Notification date: Scheduled to be shipped around Friday, October 4, 2019
２. Request for submission
If you are qualified for the proposal, please check the contents of the related materials carefully and submit the proposal.
（１） Submission of Proposals
A. 11 copies (1 original, 10 duplicate copies)
B. Submission period From Thursday, October 17, 2019 to 5:00 pm on Friday, October 18, 2019 (must arrive)
C. Submission method Bring, mail (registered) or courier service (Please send it so that it arrives by the deadline.)
D. Submission address The same as when submitting the “Application Form for Participation”
（２） Others
Oh, Yokohama-shi may request presentation of supplementary materials after acceptance of proposal.
Submitted proposals and other documents will not be returned.
(C) The same participant cannot make multiple proposals.
D. Additions and corrections after submitting documents will not be accepted regardless of the reason.

A tour of the facilities of Zounohana Terrace will be held as follows. If you wish to visit, please apply using the facility tour application form (Form 1).
