Applicants who have been notified that their proposal qualification has not been confirmed can request written in writing to explain why the proposal was not confirmed. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.

We will hold a site tour of Plot 48. If you wish to visit, please apply using the tour application form (Guideline form A).
If you do not wish to visit, you do not need to submit a tour application form.
