Learn! Boots of corrosion phenomenon

It is well known that corrosion of metallic materials is caused by electrochemical mechanisms. However, many engineers think that it is difficult to analyze corrosion phenomena from chemical formulas and graphs to make use of anticorrosion measures.
In this course, we will understand the corrosion phenomenon from basic concepts such as potential and polarization, and introduce the viewpoint of potential-pH diagrams and polarization in an easy-to-understand manner.
Corrosion is often perceived as a negative image, but in fact, corrosion phenomenon is a mechanism that leads to various fields such as batteries and sensors. Why don't you take this opportunity to understand the corrosion phenomenon and connect it to new business opportunities?

Implementation Report

It is often shunned that difficult formulas are used to elucidate the phenomenon of corrosion, but in this lecture, we gave lectures twice on the phenomenon of corrosion without using formulas as much as possible. Participants commented on the "polarization curve", which cannot be avoided to understand corrosion, the participants commented, "It was a biting explanation that linked to the phenomenon of corrosion, so I feel like I was able to understand the polarization curve for the first time." A total of nearly 100 people participated in the two sessions, and even after the lecture, they were eager to ask questions.

We will continue to actively plan and implement training that will be useful for small and medium-sized businesses. Information on the event will be posted on the website and in the Economic Affairs Bureau e-mail magazine, so we look forward to the participation of many small and medium-sized businesses.
