※With the enforcement of laws and regulations related to the development of related laws and regulations to strengthen the functions of related administrations such as health hygiene
　From April 1, 2024, administrative work related to water supply maintenance and management was transferred from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Ministry of the Environment.
　This design and construction guideline states "Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare)", and those related to water quality and hygiene are "Ministry of the Environment (Ministry of the Environment)".
