Opening in April 2023 Interior Maintenance Cost Subsidy Project (Secondary Offer)

In Yokohama-shi, we push forward maintenance of nursery school as approach for cancellation of waiting-list child in nursery school.
We utilize "private nursery school interior maintenance costs assistance business" for opening in April, 2023 and start recruitment of companies to install and operate.

With "Yokohama-shi private nursery school interior maintenance costs assistance business", Yokohama-shi assists a part of expense necessary for repair work to maintain authorized nursery school by repair of building.
[Target]
Development of newly licensed nursery schools and branch gardens (new construction, renovation of existing buildings, etc.)
Maintenance with a total operating cost of more than 5 million yen (including tax) due to expansion, extension, or renovation of existing nursery schools (when the capacity of three or more people can be increased) (*)
※Facilities that have undergone construction and interior work of daycare centers with subsidies from Motoichi since 2020 are not eligible (excluding extensions).
In addition, after 2013, a part of the skeleton will occur at a facility that underwent construction of a nursery school with a subsidy from Motoichi.
Not applicable to renovations (excluding extensions).

(B) Continuing from April 1, 2021, licensed nursery schools, childcare-linked certified child institution (* 1), in-house childcare business or small-scale childcare business in local childcare business, local government-certified nursery school, Yokohama nursery room, company-led childcare business (* 2) with good contents (* 3) .
　　　※1 However, the facility must be a facility that accepts one-year-olds.
　　　※2 It is necessary that a certificate that satisfies the non-licensed childcare facility guidance auditing standards must be issued by an on-site survey by local governments.
　　　※3 Significant indications have not been made based on audit results, on-site inspections, etc.

(C) In the case of a corporation other than a social welfare corporation, satisfy the criteria for "Authorization of the establishment of nursery schools" (121212 No. 5 issued on December 12, 2014, Director of Equal Employment Equal Employment and Child Family Bureau, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare).

D) There must be the necessary resources and credibility in setting up and operating a licensed nursery school.

(E) Do not have any grounds for disqualification under the Child Welfare Law. (Example: Do not receive guidance from local governments on serious negligence such as fraudulent receipt.)

F In addition, do not have reason that the mayor recognizes as inappropriate.
