Opening in April 2022 Interior Maintenance Cost Subsidy Project (Primary Recruitment)

In Yokohama-shi, we push forward maintenance of nursery school as approach for cancellation of waiting-list child in nursery school.
This time, we will start recruiting businesses to install and operate using the "Private Nursery Center Interior Maintenance Cost Subsidy Project" for the opening in April 2022.

With "Yokohama-shi private nursery school interior maintenance costs assistance business", Yokohama-shi assists a part of expense necessary for repair work to maintain authorized nursery school by repair of building.
[Target]
Development of newly licensed nursery schools and branch gardens (new construction, renovation of existing buildings, etc.)
Maintenance with a total operating cost of more than 5 million yen (including tax) due to expansion, extension, or renovation of existing nursery schools (when the capacity of three or more people can be increased) (*)
※Facilities that have undergone construction work and interior work of nursery schools with subsidies from Motoichi since 2018 are not eligible (excluding extensions).
　In addition, after 2011, a part of the skeleton will occur at a facility where the construction of a nursery school was carried out with a subsidy from Motoichi.
　Not applicable to renovations (excluding extensions).

It falls under all of the following a to (e) and shall have a legal status.

　(In the case of rental properties, according to Articles 16 and 17 of the Yokohama City Private Nursery School Establishment Authorization and Confirmation Guidelines)

(A) Applicable to any of the following:
　(a) Operating a licensed nursery school, a nursery cooperative certified child institution (* 1), a local government certified nursery school, or a Yokohama nursery room with good contents continuously from April 1, 2019.
　　　※1 However, the facility must be a facility that accepts one-year-olds.
　　　※About facility which shifted from 2 local government certified nursery school or Yokohama nursery room to local childcare business, we consider as operating results of facility type before transition, including the results of regional childcare business after transition.
　(b) Continuing from April 1, 2017, operating in-house childcare business or small-scale childcare business (except type C) in local childcare business with good contents continuously from April 1, 2017.

(C) In the case of a corporation other than a social welfare corporation, satisfy the criteria for "Authorization of the establishment of nursery schools" (121212 No. 5 issued on December 12, 2014, Director of Equal Employment Equal Employment and Child Family Bureau, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare).

D) There must be the necessary resources and credibility in setting up and operating a licensed nursery school.

In addition, do not have reason to admit that the mayor is inappropriate.
