Opening in April 2020 Interior Maintenance Cost Subsidy Project (advance consultation for secondary recruitment)

In Yokohama-shi, we push forward maintenance of nursery school as approach for cancellation of waiting-list child in nursery school.
This time, for the second recruitment of interior maintenance cost subsidy project scheduled to be implemented from mid-April 2019.
Prior consultation will be accepted so that preparations for maintenance can be smoothly proceeded by grasping the maintenance project.

What is "Yokohama Private Nursery School Interior Maintenance Aid Project"?
Yokohama-shi assists a part of expense necessary for repair to maintain authorized nursery school by repair of building.
[Target]
Development of newly licensed nursery schools and branch gardens (new construction, renovation of existing buildings, etc.)
Increase, extension, and renovation of existing nursery schools (when the capacity of more than 20 people can be increased)

From Friday, March 15, 2019 to Monday, April 15, 2019
After prior consultation, the schedule for secondary recruitment is scheduled as follows.

Phase 1: Tuesday, April 16, 2019 to Monday, May 20, 2019
2nd term Late June to early July 2019
※The application period is subject to change.

It falls under all of the following (1) to (5) and shall have a corporate status.
（１） There is a possibility that a maintenance property can be secured or secured by the start of maintenance.
(In the case of rental properties, according to Articles 16 and 17 of the Yokohama City Private Nursery School Establishment Authorization and Confirmation Guidelines)

（２） One of the following:

　　　　※1 However, the facility must be a facility that accepts one-year-olds.

　　　Operate small childcare business (excluding type C) with good contents.

（３） In the case of a corporation other than a social welfare corporation, "About the authorization of setting up a nursery school"
(Director of Equal Employment and Child Family Bureau, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare);

（４） Having the necessary resources and credibility in establishing and operating a new licensed nursery school.

（５） In addition, do not have reason to admit that the mayor is inappropriate.
