Application fee for determining energy-saving suitability (including when planning changes)
Fees vary depending on the total floor area, use, and calculation method of non-residential areas.
- The fee will be based on the total area of the non-residential part (in the case of extension, the area including the existing part).
- If all non-residential parts are used for factories, etc., the fee will be the fee for the factory etc. whose fee has been reduced.
- In the case of calculation methods other than the model building method, such as the main room input method or BEST, the standard input method fee will be charged.

Application fee for certification for minor changes
It is fee when we apply for minor change applicable certificate based on rule of Building Energy Conservation Law enforcement regulations Article 11 to Yokohama-shi.
- Fees for Route B (changes that reduce energy-saving performance within a certain range) and Route C (except for fundamental changes, changes in which the standard conformity is clear by recalculating, except for fundamental changes).
