Based on the purpose of the "Policy on Promoting the Use of Wood in Yokohama City Buildings", we commend buildings that actively promoted the use of wood.

About evaluation about wood use of building and commendation of excellent wood use building and confirmation that it is plan to affect the building concerned
Overview of System
Those who are planning to build an excellent building using wood must, before the completion of the building, say, "Evaluation of wood use of buildings, commendation of excellent wood use buildings, and plan pertaining to the building. If it is expected that the requirements stipulated in the "Summary of Confirmation", you can offer confirmation to that effect.
If it is confirmed that it is a plan for an excellent building that uses wood, the applicant will be notified of the result by a notice.
The award is given to excellent buildings using wood and their related parties (building owners, designers and installers).
What is an excellent building using wood?
"Comprehensive evaluation of CASBEE Yokohama" is A rank or higher (CASBEE Yokohama notification has been approved and published on the website), and "wood use evaluation (*)" is A or S.
（※） Comprehensive evaluation of wood use according to the level of "quantity evaluation" of wood use and "quality evaluation" of wood use.
Confirmation of plan
When submitting an application, please submit the first copy and the first copy in the A4 size file.
・Confirmation application form (word: 18KB) that it is plan of excellent wood use building
・Wood use evaluation sheet (Form 1) (Excel: 39KB)
・General drawings (floor plans, elevations, cross-sections, etc.)
・Reference materials for confirming the contents of the evaluation
Commendation of buildings
Date of commendation
If the award is given, the award will be given in October, the month of promoting the use of wood.
