Based on the purpose of "policy about promotion of use of wood in Yokohama-shi building", we commend building which promoted use of wood positively.

Policy on Promoting the Use of Wood in Yokohama City Buildings

About evaluation about the use of wood of building and commendation of excellent wood use excellent wood and confirmation that it is plan pertaining to the building concerned
Outline of the System
Those who are planning to build a building with excellent wood use, before the completion of the building, "Evaluation of wood use of buildings and commendation of excellent wood use wood and plan pertaining to the building When it is expected that the requirements specified in the "Summary of Confirmation", you can offer a confirmation to that effect.
If it is confirmed that the plan is a plan for excellent wood use, the applicant will be notified of the result by a letter of advice.
The awards are for buildings with excellent wood use and their related parties (building owners, designers and constructors).
What is an excellent building for wood?
"CASBEE Yokohama Comprehensive Evaluation" must be A rank or higher (CASBEE Yokohama notification has been approved and published on the website), and the "Limber Use Evaluation (*)" is A or S.
（※） Comprehensive evaluation of wood use according to the level of "quantitative evaluation" for wood use and "quality evaluation" of wood use.
Confirmation of plan
When submitting your application, please close one copy and one copy to A4 size file and submit it.
・Confirmation proposal form (word: 18KB) indicating that it is plan of excellent wood use
・Wood Use Evaluation Sheet (Form 1) (Excel: 39KB)
・General drawings (floor plan, elevation, cross section, etc.)
・Basis material for confirming the evaluation contents

Date of commendation
If eligible for the award, the award will be given in October, the Wood Use Promotion Month.
