Greening Discussion

　In Yokohama-shi, we established "the regulations (outside site) to make up green environment" in 1973 and try for preservation of green tract of land in the city and promotion of tree planting.
　In revision of September 1, 2004, along with establishment of "the regulations (outside site) about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business", we plan consistency such as area targeted for tree planting and various including rooftop and wall surface of building We aim to increase greenery of city by adopting greening techniques and newly targeting building activities of a certain size or more as greening.
　In addition, a greening area system was introduced on April 3, 2009, and a building with a building site area of 500 square meters or more were newly built or expanded in greening areas (all residential areas and commercial use areas (excluding harbor areas)). When doing, the greening rate regulation is generated by the greening area system.
　We ask building owners and managers to understand the significance and necessity of greening and comply with the regulations.
　In addition, about building which had you perform tree planting more than standard, there is system (greening certificate, tree planting authorization label) that city authorizes.

Please submit before March 31, 2015, and please refer for one where completion notification has not been submitted to park tree planting consultation charge.
