City-wide review of restricted zones

　"Restricted areas" are areas that are divided into 13 types according to the purpose of land use, and stipulate certain rules regarding the use and scale that can be built.
　In recent years, social conditions have changed drastically due to the spread of COVID-19, in addition to issues such as the advent of a declining population, a declining birthrate and aging population, and aging buildings, and diversification of lifestyles due to the spread of COVID-19.
　In response to these changes, we reviewed restricted areas, etc., in order to improve the ease of living for citizens and the realization of various activities.

　We announced on May 24, 2024 about city planning change pertaining to review such as restricted zones.
　The city planning after the change will take effect from the date of notification (May 24, 2024).
