City-wide review of restricted zones

　"Restricted areas" are areas that are divided into 13 types according to the purpose of land use, and stipulate certain rules regarding the use and scale that can be built.
　In recent years, social conditions have changed drastically due to issues such as the advent of a declining population society, declining birthrate and aging population, and aging buildings, as well as diversification of lifestyles due to the spread of COVID-19.
　In response to these changes, we reviewed restricted zones, etc., in order to improve the ease of living for citizens and realize various activities. .

　We announced on May 24, 2024 about city planning change to affect review such as restricted zones.
　The city planning after the change will take effect from the day the notification was made (May 24, 2024).
