How to set up open spaces such as greening	Ordinance, Article 18, Paragraph 2, Item 4 Application When the area of the development project area is 1,000 square meters or more Please provide open space such as greening of 10% or more of the site area (5% or more for commercial use areas). About thing for the purpose of building single-family house, we can change by planting Takagi at ratio of one or more per 100 square meters of site area. When the area of the development project area is less than 1,000 square meters Please provide open space such as greening of 5% or more of the site area. It can be replaced by planting Takagi at a rate of one or more per 200 square meters of site area. Plan to preserve the excellent forests and trees in the enforcement area as much as possible. When we perform tree planting on the roof or wall surface of the building concerned, we can regard as area of open space performing tree planting up to 5% of the site area concerned.
Planting method	Please plant at a ratio of one Takagi, two middle trees and 15 shrubs per 20 square meters of open space where greening is performed. One Takagi can be converted to five Nakagi and one Naka tree can be converted to five shrubs. How to set up areas where greening is performed	Ordinance, Article 18, Paragraph 2, Item 9 Application The provisions of Article 5 of the "Ordinance on Building and Restrictions on Slope of Yokohama City" will be applied. Please provide a part where greening is 10% or more of the site area. Please consult with Housing and Architecture Bureau about the location and shape of the part where greening is performed. ※Contact with Housing and Architecture Bureau Urbanization area: Residential land examination section Urbanization adjustment area: Coordination Area Division Plan to preserve the excellent forests and trees in the enforcement area as much as possible.
Planting method	Please place trees in contact with the border of the site and place them in a belt. Please plant at a ratio of 1 Takagi and 5 or more Nakagi trees per 20 square meters of open space for greening. One Takagi can be converted to five Nakagi.
