  • For the conditions for selecting green spaces, refer to the criteria for development permission.

  1. Secondary development activities conducted in a project area where a land readjustment project or development permit has been implemented, and parks, etc. have already been properly secured by the project.
  2. All development areas (limited to less than 1ha) are included within 250m from the outer circumference of residential area main parks (blocks, neighborhoods, and district parks excluding leased land parks) of 0.25ha or more, and all from the park entrance excluding stairs Development activities in which the distance of the road (roads that can be easily reached by park users including wheelchair users) to the planned building site is within 250m
  3. Development activities that do not aim for the construction of residential facilities with a development area of less than 0.5 hectares
  4. Development activities for the purpose of constructing first-class specific structures prescribed in Article 4, Paragraph 11 of the City Planning Act (hereinafter referred to as the "law")
  5. Development activities for the purpose of constructing commercial and business facilities conducted in commercial areas or nearby commercial areas. In the case where the development area extends to a commercial area, a nearby commercial area, and another restricted area, the application shall be based on the area to which the majority of the development area belongs. 5.The same shall apply to each other.

    • Buildings that are used for hospitals prescribed in Article 1-5, Paragraph 1 of the Medical Law, clinics prescribed in Paragraph 2 of the same Article, or midwifery offices prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the same Act
    • Buildings that are facilities to be used for schools stipulated in Article 1 of the School Education Law
    • Buildings (limited to buildings based on Article 34, Item 4 of the Act) that are facilities to be used for advanced crop cultivation facilities prescribed in Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Agricultural Land Law (limited to buildings based on Article 34, Item 4)
  10. When constructing a building in an outdoor sports facility, the construction of buildings (ground stands, tennis court stands, etc.) that are inseparable with the outdoor sports facility, and the outdoor sports facility (limited to those with an area area of 4 hectares or more.)
