  • The minimum area per location shall be 150 square meters.

Park / Green Space / Plaza

  • For the conditions for selecting a green space, please refer to the development permission criteria.

[Exemption]

  1. Secondary development activities to be carried out in a business area where a land readjustment project or a development permit, and a park has already been properly secured by the project.
  2. All development areas (limited to less than 1 ha) are included within 250m from the outer periphery of the residential area core park (blocks, neighborhood, and district parks excluding leased parks) Development activities in which the distance between the road (roads that can be easily reached by park users including wheelchair users) to the planned building site within 250m
  3. Development activities with a development area of less than 0.5 hectares and are not intended for the construction of residential facilities
  4. Development activities aimed at the construction of first-class specific structures prescribed in Article 4, Paragraph 11 of the City Planning Act (hereinafter referred to as the “law”)
  5. Development activities conducted in commercial areas or nearby commercial areas for the purpose of construction of commercial and business facilities.     • Buildings that are facilities to be used for social welfare businesses under the Social Welfare Law or rehabilitation protection business under the Rehabilitation Protection Business Law
    • Buildings that are used for hospitals prescribed in Article 1-5, Paragraph 1 of the Medical Law, clinics prescribed in Paragraph 2 of the same Article, or midwifery offices prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the same Act
    • Buildings that are facilities to be used for schools stipulated in Article 1 of the School Education Law
    • Buildings that are facilities to be used for agricultural crop cultivation advanced facilities prescribed in Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Agricultural Land Law (limited to buildings based on Article 34, Item 4 of the Act)
  10. When constructing a building in an outdoor exercise facility, the construction of a building (ground stand, tennis court stand, etc.) integrated with the outdoor exercise facility and outdoor exercise facilities (limited to thing more than 4 hectares in area area) Development activities for the purpose of constructing indoor sports facilities of the same type (indoor tennis court attached to the outdoor tennis court, gymnasium attached to the ground, etc.)
