About the excellent certification system for industrial waste disposal contractors

Regarding the implementation of the industrial waste disposal business, this is a system in which prefectures and government-designated cities examine and certify excellent industrial waste disposal companies that conform to the “standards for those with excellent abilities and achievements (excellent standards)”.
This system was established based on the revision of the Waste Management Law in 2010, and started operation in April 2011, the effective date of the law.

If you are going to apply for conformity with the excellent standards, please refer to the “Manual for Certification System for Excellent Industrial Waste Treatment Contractor Certification System Operation Manual” and “Manual Q & A Collection” issued by the Ministry of the Environment.
