LIVE video communication system (Video 119)

Utilizing smartphones such as the 119th caller and fire brigade, it is a system that enables the transmission and reception of images with the Fire Command Center, and started operation on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, to improve convenience. Improvements were made and full-scale operation started on Saturday, April 1, 2023.

 
In this system, the command controller who receives the 119 call sends a URL to the smartphone short message service (SMS (SMS)) with the consent of the caller, and when the caller connects, the system is activated and video can be sent and received.

Receive first-aid video

In the event of a highly urgent report such as cardiopulmonary arrest, the command controller asks the caller to cooperate and sends a video of the first aid procedure to a smartphone, etc., so that the caller can provide oral guidance while watching the video .

As a result, accurate first aid bystanders is possible, and the survival rate is expected to improve.

Sending images of emergency and disaster sites

By transmitting images via the Fire Command Center and smartphones, it is possible to grasp the condition of the victim and the detailed situation at the disaster site.
As a result, it can be expected that the survival rate will be improved by providing accurate fire brigade and rescue squad activities and effective first aid.


The shot video will be sent to the Fire Command Center in real time.
