Establishment and operation of the evacuation shelter evacuation shelter Steering Committee

In evacuation shelter, the evacuation shelter Steering Committee, which consists of local communities, schools and ward offices, provides safe and orderly evacuation lives and rescue and rescue using disaster prevention equipment.

1.Major activities in the event of a disaster

(1) Release keys and confirm building safety
(2) Establishment of evacuation centers, evacuation area division and guidance
(3) First Aid for injured, Support for Elderly and Disabled Persons
(4) safety confirmation of the family, rescue using disaster prevention equipment and materials
(5) Establishment of temporary toilet and distribution of food and relief supplies

2.Main activities during normal times

(1) Preparation of evacuation site operation manual
(2) Holding training on disaster prevention equipment and materials and disaster prevention workshops
(3) Implementation of disaster drill and training local disaster prevention leaders

In addition, the evacuation shelter Steering Committee Liaison Council has been formed to promote mutual communication and cooperation among the steering committees within each ward.
