We are looking for proposals for renovations that add new value to existing homes in housing complex, Wakabadai. All proposals will be communicated to local stakeholders, aiming to realize our business, and we will introduce them as cooperating companies on the Asahi Ward website.

- Being willing to cooperate with questionnaires conducted by the ward office regularly and share information

Please propose new added value according to the following themes:

- Wakabadai housing complex is rich in greenery and safe, rich in cultural and sports activities and facilities. In addition, we made a "Children's Declaration" in which residents raise children in the town, which is rare in the whole country. A proposal for renovation aimed at those who want to enjoy raising children as much as possible in Wakabadai
- Wakabadai housing complex has a variety of seasonal events and is active in community activities such as mother line groups and fathers' associations according to the age of children. At Wakabadai, we propose renovations targeting sociable people seeking connections between the same generation.
