Yokohama City certifies establishments engaged in health management that strategically implements the health promotion of employees and others from a management perspective as "Yokohama Health Management Certification" establishments.

We evaluate the PDCA cycle status of health management initiatives in business establishments from the viewpoints of "understanding and involvement of managers", "promotion of health management", and "evaluation of initiatives", and certify them in the following three categories.

　Class A　：Initiatives that embody the clear culture of the Declaration of Health Management, etc. and their intentions　　　
　Class AA　：Those that meet the requirements of Class A, develop a health management promotion system, grasp employee health issues, and implement initiatives in line with health issues.
　Class AAA ：Those that meet the requirements of Class AA, evaluate the results of initiatives in line with health issues, and lead to the following initiatives

※If you do not meet the requirements of Class A, you will not be certified.

Asahi Ward Health and Welfare Division will send you an email about health promotion information to the office where you wish.
