Asahi Ward 8020 Elderly Good Tooth Contest (hosted by Asahi Ward Dental Association)

In order to maintain the 8020 (Hachimarunimaru) exercise, a contest will be held for those over 75 years old and have more than 20 healthy teeth.

"8020 exercise" is an exercise in which you can keep more than 20 teeth even when you are 80 years old. In 1989, it was proposed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare (now the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare) and the Japan Dental Association, calling on local governments, various organizations, companies, and the public.

Application Guidelines and Participation Conditions

１．Residents of Asahi Ward
２．Those who are 75 years old or older on the contest date (June 13, 2024)
３．Those who have 20 or more teeth
※Those who participated in Reiwa 4th and 5th year are not eligible.
※Self-recommendation and other recommendations are not required.
