A psychiatrist is available at the ward office once a month for those who are worried about forgetfulness and are reluctant to go to a medical institution.
We also provide consultation through visits as necessary.

The Dementia Disease Medical Center is a specialized medical institution for dementia. Nine locations are set up in Yokohama City, and are available for consultations by telephone and interviews (reservation required).

We carry out forgetful health check-up (simple test of dementia) free of charge for one 50 years or older living in the city to push forward early detection and early correspondence of dementia (once a year). The forgetful health check-up is available at the city medical institution. If you suspect dementia, refer to a specialized medical institution. However, the referral fee is charged.
