Introduction to Community Care Plaza
It can be used by anyone as a local consultation desk. Please feel free to contact us. It is a facility unique to Yokohama City that is engaged in various initiatives as a familiar welfare and health base so that everyone, including the elderly, children, and people with disabilities, can live in the community with peace of mind. In addition, as a Regional Comprehensive Support Center, we provide consultation and support on welfare and health.

I would like to introduce a community care plaza in Asahi Ward.
- Opening hours
Weekdays and Saturdays: From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday and public holidays: From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
※Closed days (once a month) vary depending on each facility. All facilities are closed from December 29 to January 3.
※Depending on the facility, if there is no reservation at night, it may be closed at 18:00. For details, please refer to each facility.
