The ward office can provide a list of people requiring assistance during a disaster created by the "New Consent Method" based on the Disaster Countermeasures Basic Law and the "Information Sharing Method" based on the Yokohama City Ordinance.

In addition, based on the "new consent method" and "information sharing method", a list is created independently by questionnaires that expands the target audience in the region (eg infants, pregnant women, etc.) and expanding the information collected. There is also a "completion method" to create.

The "New Consent Method" list contains information on those who have agreed to be posted on the list of people requiring assistance during a disaster.
