What is evacuation area?

evacuation area is a place to temporarily evacuate to protect citizens' lives and bodies from radiant heat and smoke when a fire caused by a major earthquake or the like spreads.
Please note that evacuation area is not a place where you can live an evacuation life like a designated shelter (evacuation shelter).
