[8th] Dietary life improvement promotion member society 30th anniversary ceremony and ward system 30th anniversary food education lecture

　On June 26, we participated in the commemorative ceremony of the Aoba Ward Dietary Improvement Committee, which celebrated its 30th anniversary this year, just like Aoba Ward. Members of the dietary life improvement promotion (nickname: healthmate) are volunteers who promote dietary education in the community. After learning about health promotion centered on "food" for about one year, he regularly educates at community care plazas, elementary schools, etc., and spreads food education to his own health and family and the community. . At the same time as the ceremony, a panel exhibition held on the first floor of the ward government building called for the importance of food, and veteran health mates said, "Thanks to health mate activities that I can stay fine even if I get older." I remembered my words. At the ceremony, we sent a letter of appreciation to those who have been active as health mates for many years, and everyone was spending a celebration with a smile.
　After the ceremony, a food education lecture was held to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the constituency system with Mr. Tetsu Koken as a lecturer. . Listening to Mr. Kou, I not only enjoyed daily meals, but also reaffirmed the importance of thanks to those who make it. I think it was a memorable day for my healthmates and the participants, of course.
