[13th] I visited the summer festival in Aoba Ward

　From July to August, we visited summer festivals held in various places in the city.
　This year, it seems that the event is being held more grandly than last year, when it was resumed after a long time since the COVID-19 pandemic, and we saw the lively appearance of local people, such as drum performances and Bon Odori. Regardless of the venue, it has been transmitted that the local people are operating with the feeling of celebrating the memorable year of the 30th anniversary of the Aoba Ward System.
　Unfortunately, we couldn't participate in all the festivals in the city, but it seems that we could survive this hot summer with the energy of Aoba residents.
　I guess it was a very good opportunity for everyone who participated in the festival to reconfirm the bonds of the region. I would like to express my sincere respect and thank the local people for their efforts.
