　This time, we have concluded a "Collaboration Agreement on Creation and Dissemination of Aoba Ward's Attractiveness" with Tokyu Malls Development Co., Ltd., which operates Aobadai Tokyu Square and Tama Plaza Terrace in the ward.
　To date, Aoba Ward has been cooperating with commercial facilities operated by the company to promote child-rearing support and promote awareness of decarbonization. By concluding this agreement, we believe that through continuous information exchange, etc., we will not only lead to past efforts, but also new projects in cooperation with the company and the ward office. .
　I am very grateful to be able to cooperate with Tokyu Malls Development, which operates facilities that many people, including residents of the city, visit every day, and we will strengthen Aoba Ward's PR through this agreement.
　In addition, the Aoba Festival, an event commemorating the conclusion of this agreement, will be held on Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23, and will be held at Aobadai Tokyu Square and Tamaplaza Terrace, an event 1000 days before GREEN × EXPO 2027, hosted by Aoba Ward.
