Aoba 6 University Collaboration Project Initiatives in FY2023

In the Aoba 6 University Collaboration Special Course, you can take courses that take advantage of the characteristics of each university free of charge.
You can choose to take the course online or on the ward office monitor.

A： Online attendance using your own PC or smartphone
※This course will use Zoom.
※After accepting the application, Seisa University, which entrusts the operation of this course, will send you a URL for the course.

B： At the meeting room monitor on the 4th floor of the Aoba Ward Office

How to attend A: 80 people each (lottery)
How to attend the course B: 20 people each (lottery)
※If the number of applications exceeds the capacity, the winner will be determined by lottery.

For courses on Sunday, December 3 by Thursday, November 30, and for courses on Sunday, December 10 by Thursday, December 7, enter required items in the application form. Please apply.

※How to attend B (take the course on the 4th floor meeting room monitor of the Aoba Ward Office) is also accepted by fax.
Please write "Special Course for Aoba 6 Universities Collaboration" in the subject line, and fill in the desired course number, participant's name (furigana), age, Phone number, e-mail address, and whether temporary childcare is available to Aoba Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division Planning and Adjustment Section (FAX:045-978-2410).

Only B (take the course on the 4th floor meeting room monitor of the Aoba Ward Office) will provide temporary childcare by childcare volunteers. (free of charge) (10 childcare capacity)
