In 2010, Aoba Ward concluded basic agreements on cooperation and cooperation with universities in order to deepen regional connections with six campuses in the ward.

You can choose to take the course online or on the ward office monitor.

In order to prevent the new coronavirus, we will introduce online lectures etc. that are open to the residents of Aoba who are planning to go out for free by the six Aoba universities.

Toin on-demand courses are being distributed free of charge!
The Toin Gakuen Transition Center offers on-demand courses that you can learn at home.
It is distributed free of charge on the Toin Gakuen official Youtube channel.
