Aoba 6 University Collaboration Project Initiatives in FY2020

Aoba Ward has concluded agreements with six universities in the ward and is promoting collaboration between Aoba six universities.
You can take courses that take advantage of the characteristics of each university for free.
This time, you can choose to take the course online or on the ward office monitor.

If you have not received it, please contact Ward Administration Promotion Division.

Please apply by the following special form, e-mail, or fax by Friday, November 13. In the case of a large number of applications, it will be a lottery. Results will be notified by Friday, November 20.

※If you wish to take the course online, you will need to install Zoom by the day of the course.
Students do not need a camera or microphone, and face or name will not be displayed to other students.

Free of charge

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, attendance at the ward office will take the following measures.
・At the reception on the day, we will ask participants to measure the temperature using a contactless thermometer and disinfect their hands.
・The venue will be ventilated.
　 Participants should cooperate with wearing a mask, disinfecting hands, and measuring temperature.
Please note that the event may be canceled or postponed or the content may change depending on the situation.

In order to prevent the new coronavirus, we will introduce online lectures etc. that are open to the residents of Aoba who are planning to go out for free by the six Aoba universities.

It is distributed free of charge on the Toin Gakuen official Youtube channel.
