Aoba 6 University Collaboration Project Initiatives in FY2022

In order to deepen regional connections with six campuses in the ward, Aoba Ward has concluded basic agreements on cooperation and cooperation with each university, and is engaged in collaborative projects.

In the Aoba 6 University Collaboration Special Course, you can take courses that take advantage of the characteristics of each university free of charge.
You can choose to take the course online or on the ward office monitor.

How to attend the course

A Online course on your own PC or smartphone (capacity: 80 people)
B Attended the meeting room monitor on the 4th floor of the Aoba Ward Office (capacity: 20 people)
After accepting the application, we will send you a URL for the course after December 1st.
※This course will use Zoom.

From Friday, November 11, Reiwa 4 to Wednesday, December 14
※The implementation on Sunday, December 11 is until Wednesday, December 7

How to apply

Please fill out the application form with required items.

※B Only at the meeting room monitor on the 4th floor of the Aoba Ward Office (capacity: 20 people) can be accepted by fax.

Notes

※Zoom will be used in this course. If you wish to take the course online, you need to use the browser version of Zoom or install the Zoom app by the day of the course.

[Efforts to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19]

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, attendance at the ward office will take the following measures.
・At the reception on the day, we will ask participants to measure the temperature using a contactless thermometer and disinfect their hands.
・The venue will be ventilated.
Participants should cooperate with wearing a mask, disinfecting hands, and measuring temperature.
