Inhabitant of a ward festival is scheduled to be held for the first time in three years! At this year's inhabitant of a ward festival, we will set up a flea market area so that a wide range of generations can enjoy it. Therefore, we are looking for shoppers, so please join us!

November 3, 2022 (Thursday/holiday) 9:45 am to 3:00 pm (rough weather cancellation)

※Carry-in and carry-out will be carried out on the day. Details will be provided with a notification to the determined organization.

Location of store openings and parcels

Aoba Ward Office No. 1 Parking Lot (planned)
※The location inside the venue will be specified by the organizer.

・Stores

One block is 2.0m x 2.0m.

Application Qualification

Meet all of the following requirements:

Organizations and individuals whose main activities are based in Aoba Ward
Those who agree with the purpose of the inhabitant of a ward festival and do not aim for profit
Those who can comply with the contents of the application guidelines

※Persons involved in anti-social forces cannot open stores.

Conditions for opening stores

Please be careful not to store openings for commercial purposes.
Please bring your leisure seat. You can bring desks and chairs, but you can rent them for a fee.
※Please bring in furniture, equipment, etc. for store openings within the parcel (2.0m x 2.0m).
・Store opening fee (per block): 1,000 yen
・Desk rental fee (per unit): 1,000 yen
・Chair rental fee (per leg): 200 yen
