Every year, the Aoba Ward People's Festival is held around the Aoba Ward General Government Building on November 3, but as a result of repeated examinations by the Steering Committee for this fiscal year, more than 50,000 visitors every year Because it is difficult to take measures to prevent the spread of infection, such as securing physical distance and avoiding crowds and closeness, the safety and security of all participants and related parties, I am sorry.
