Every year, the Aoba Ward Festival, which is held around the Aoba Ward General Government Building on November 3, will be canceled this year from the viewpoint of preventing the spread of COVID-19. A total of 57,000 people and many people participated in the last year's Aoba Ward Festival. The number of participants is increasing year by year, and we believe that it is difficult to hold the inhabitants' festival in which many people participate, avoid crowding and closeness. . Please understand that it will be a judgment based on the health and safety of all the participants and related parties.
