Seminars to promote dietary life improvement promote food education and health promotion activities in the community This is a training course for members of the dietary life improvement promotion (nickname: healthmate)
[Schedule] ①Wednesday, June 12, 2 Wednesday, June 26, 3 Wednesday, July 31, 4 Monday, September 2, 5 Wednesday, October 16, November 20 (Wednesday), July 6, Friday, December 6, August 15, 2025, Wednesday, January 15, 2025
[Time] From 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (planned)
[Venue] Health and Welfare Center Aoba (Aoba Ward Office 1F) and others 2 Aoba public hall 7 are Konan Public Hall for a joint workshop for the whole city.
[Target] Those who satisfy all 1 and 2 (Please be sure to check before applying)
１．Those who live in Aoba Ward and can attend all times
２．A person who can work as a health mate at the Aoba Ward Dietary Improvement Promotion Committee after completing the seminar
[Contents] Health and Welfare Center outline, dietary life improvement promotion staff include health promotion and dietary habits, prevention of lifestyle-related diseases, health promotion and body building (exercise skills), dental health, community health promotion and friendship, and introduction of healthmate activities.
[Capacity] 20 people (If the capacity is exceeded, it will be a lottery. Students will be notified by the end of the deadline.
[Expenses] 1,350 yen (planned/text fee)
