Tsuzuki Ward forgetfulness consultation [advance reservation system]
Elderly people and their families who are worried about forgetfulness.
We carry out free consultation of specialized doctor which can be used casually in ward office.
"Isn't you forgetful dementia?" "Dementia? I do some trouble. How do you deal with it?"
●You can consult a professional doctor.
●You can consult in a private room at the ward office, not a medical institution.
●You can consult even if you are unable to come and your family is only available.
●We can talk about future measures.
※Biological tests, diagnostic imaging, medication adjustment, and delivery of a letter of introduction are not possible.
