It has been issued only to continuing organizations since FY2019, and no new recruitment is planned at this time.

Subsidiary content

Up to 300,000 yen (within 9/10 of the target expenses)

※Subsidiary period: Up to 3 years. However, an application is required every year, and there is a screening each time.

Target group

Target is group corresponding to any of the following 1.2.

  1. Two or more groups, including Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, engaged in community activities
  2. Organizations and groups that are continuously active, or groups that are newly established and are expected to continue activities

Target businesses

For example, inhabitants of a ward working on solving various local issues, such as "salon (creating a place for diverse people)", "health exercises for the elderly", "dissemination of information and attractions of Tsurumi Ward", and "town development for safe and secure towns" Activities are eligible.
However, those that fall under any of the following 1 to 3 are not eligible.

  1. For-profit purposes or businesses that benefit only certain individuals or groups
  2. Business aimed at political or religious activities
  3. Projects that are supported by Tsurumi Ward or Yokohama.

※Businesses that receive assistance from organizations other than Motoichi, such as the Tsurumi Ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare may be excluded at the time of examination, or the amount of grant may be reduced when deciding to grant subsidies.

Subsidized expenses

  1. Administrative expenses (consumables, printing, communication and transportation expenses, transportation, conference beverage expenses)
  2. management fee (rent, utilities, labor costs)
  3. Material costs
  4. Rewards to instructors, instructors, and collaborators
  5. Premiums for activity participants
  6. Rental fees and rental fees for facilities and equipment
  7. Equipment expenses
  8. Other items deemed necessary

※Expenses that are not directly related to the organization's operation and activities, such as fellowship eating and drinking expenses, membership fees and donations to other organizations, are not eligible.

When the main place of activity is the Neighborhood Association / Neighborhood Associations building, etc., items that are easily confused with the goods of the facility (TV, audio, electric fans and other general home appliances, fixtures, furniture, office supplies, etc.) are excluded.

For goods (equipment, consumables, etc.), if the purchase price is 10,000 yen or more per item and exceeds half of the subsidy application amount, "Article purchase instructions for goods, etc." If it exceeds half of the grant decision amount, it is necessary to submit an “Article Management Report for Goods” at the time of performance report.

※Expenses whose receipt date is the date of the “Subsidy Grant Decision Notice”.

※After the project is over, the activities will be reviewed, so please keep a receipt (receipt). In addition, if surplus is recognized, please return subsidy.

Please submit documents to Planning and Adjustment Section Ward Administration Promotion Division (3rd window on the 5th floor of the ward government building) during the application acceptance period. (No mail allowed)

※When applying for a subsidy, we will check the requirements and business plan of the group, so be sure to inform us of the consultation date and time by telephone etc. in advance, and consult us.

    ※Continuing organization also submits “Status Report on Continuing Business”
  3. Budget book (word: 22KB)
  4. Group summary book (word: 22KB)
  5. Purchase instructions for goods, etc. (word: 28KB)
    ※When the purchase amount of goods, etc. is 10,000 yen or more per case and exceeds half of the subsidy application amount
  6. Covenants, rules of association, etc. and member list (free format)
  7. Other documents Director General deems necessary

About business contents, supporting target expense, we examine based on the next item.

  1. Needs for Business
    [Regional Issues] Are you aware of public interest regional issues?
    [Needs] Will the results of the project meet the needs of local residents?
  2. Business feasibility
    [Planning] Is the cost of carrying out the project appropriate and can be realized as planned?
    [Executive Ability] Do you have the human resources needed to carry out the project?
  3. Business method
    [Planning Ability] Do you have any ideas or ideas for implementing the project?
  4. Business Continuity
    [Business Development] Do you have continuity and future potential as a business, and can we expect progressive activities?

※Please be sure to attend the application (both new and continuous) will be explained by the Project Review Committee scheduled to be held on Monday, March 11, so be sure to attend.
Please note that if you do not attend the judging committee, you will not be able to make a grant decision.

※We notify grant group by "subsidy grant decision letter of advice" and non-grant group by "subsidy non-grant decision letter of advice".
