It has been issued only to continuing organizations from FY2019, and no new recruitment is planned at this time.

Application acceptance period
From Monday, January 21, 2019 to Friday, February 22, 2019
Reception hours: From 8:45 to 17:00 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
※We will hold a subsidy briefing session from the application in 2019. Please feel free to contact us.
(The presence or absence of participation does not affect the screening.)

Supplementary contents
Up to 300,000 yen (within 9/10 of the target expenses)
※Subsidiary period: Up to 3 years. However, an application is required every year, and there is a screening each time.
Target organizations
Targets are organizations that fall under any of the following 1.2.
- Two or more organizations and groups, including Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association.
- Organizations / groups that are continuously active, or newly established and expected to continue activities
Target business
For example, “salons (creating a place for diverse people)”, “health exercises for the elderly”, “dissemination of information and appeal of Tsurumi Ward” and “creating a safe and secure town” activities are targeted.
However, those that fall under any of the following 1-3 are not eligible.
- For-profit purposes or businesses that benefit only specific individuals or groups
- Business for the purpose of political or religious activities
- Projects supported by Tsurumi Ward or Yokohama with the same project contents
※For projects that receive assistance from organizations other than the city, such as the Tsurumi Ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare, the project may not be subsidized at the time of examination, or the amount of grant may be reduced when granting subsidies.
Subsidized expenses
- Administrative expenses (consumables expenses, printing expenses, communication transportation expenses, transportation expenses, conference drink expenses)
- management fee (rent, utilities, labor costs)
- Material cost
- Rewards to instructors, instructors, and collaborators
- Premiums for Activity Participants
- Rental fees and rent for facilities and equipment
- Equipment costs
- Other items deemed necessary
※Items that are not directly related to the operation and activities of the organization, such as fellowship eating and drinking expenses, membership fees and donations to other organizations, are not eligible.
※In principle, items that are easily confused with the goods of the facilities (TVs, audios, fans and other general household appliances, furniture, furniture or office supplies, etc.) are excluded from the scope of the activities in the Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations halls.
※For goods (equipment, consumables, etc.), if the purchase amount is 10,000 yen or more per case and exceeds half of the subsidy application amount, "purchase instructions for goods, etc." If it exceeds one half of the grant decision amount, it is necessary to submit a “Management Report for Goods” at the time of performance report.
※Expenses with the date of the receipt after the date of the “Subsidy Grant Decision Notice” are eligible.
※After the end of the project, we will review the activities, so please keep a receipt (receipt). In addition, if surplus money is recognized, the subsidy will be returned.

Please submit the documents to Ward Administration Promotion Division Planning and Adjustment Section (3rd floor on the 5th floor of the ward office building) during the application period. (No mail is allowed)

※In applying for a subsidy, we will check the requirements and business plans of the group, so be sure to contact us in advance by telephone, etc., and consult us.

※The continuing organization shall also submit a “Status Report on Continued Business” - Income and Expenditure Budget (Word: 22KB)

※When the purchase amount of goods, etc. is 10,000 yen or more per case and exceeds half of the subsidy application amount - Rules, bylaws, etc. and Member List (free format)
- Other documents deemed necessary by Director General

Examination criteria
The business content and subsidized expenses will be examined based on the following items.
- Necessity of Business
[Regional Issues] Are you aware of public interest regional issues?
[Needs] Does the results of the project meet the needs of local residents? - Business feasibility
[Planning] Is the cost of implementing the project appropriate and can it be realized as planned?
[Implementation capacity] Do you have the necessary human resources to carry out the project? - Business Methods
[Planning power] Do you have any ideas or ideas for implementing a project? - Business continuity
[Business Development] Do you have continuity and future potential as a business, and can you expect progressive activities?

※Applicants (both new and continuous) will be explained by the Business Review Committee scheduled to be held on Monday, March 11, so be sure to attend.
Please note that if you do not attend the examination committee, you will not be able to make a grant decision.
Determination of grant or non-grant

※We notify grant group by "subsidy grant decision letter of advice" and non-grant group by "subsidy non-grant decision letter of advice".

※After notification of "subsidy grant decision letter of advice", please submit "subsidy grant bill".

Exchange meeting
We will hold an exchange meeting during FY2019 as a place for activity reports and exchange of opinions by subsidy grant groups. We will contact you again about the exchange meeting, so please join us.
