Tsurumi / Town Development Seminar Implementation Record

• Through fieldwork and group work, students think together and learn about what kind of activities they can do to make their own town a “town that has lived forever”.
• Learn about the formation of Tsurumi Ward, actually walk around the town, learn examples of various activities, and make a “My Activity Plan”.

In the first lecture, orientation on the aim and assembly of the Tsurumi Town Development Seminar was held.

In the second lecture, we walked around the Toyooka area.

In the third lecture, we asked the points of the activity from the activity groups in the city.

In the fourth lecture, students learned about mechanisms to support local activities.

In the fifth course, each student assembled a "My Activity Plan" based on the contents of the courses so far.

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the 6th course has been canceled.

A follow-up course (alumni association) was held for students in FY2019.
