2024 Tsurumi Ward Recruitment of new challenge support subsidies

Outline of the subsidy system
For details on the system, please be sure to check the application guidelines.
Target businesses
About business for local problem solution that inhabitants of a ward voluntarily work on, such as attractive town development and interchange support of inhabitants, we assist a part of activity costs about approach to start new establishment or develop existing business To do.
Target group
Organizations that are organized mainly by residents (residents and workers) and engaged in activities that allow residents to participate freely (volunteer groups, civil society organizations, Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, etc.)
Subsidiary content
Subsidized amount
1st year: Up to 100,000 yen (within 9/10 of the subsidized expenses)
2nd year: Up to 50,000 yen (within five-tenths of subsidized expenses)
3rd year: Up to 30,000 yen (within three-tenths of the subsidized expenses)
※In calculating the subsidy amount, fractions of the sum less than 1,000 yen shall be rounded down.
※Subsidies can be used after the grant decision until March 31 of the following year. It will not be carried over to the next fiscal year.
Assistance period
Up to 3 years per business.
※As a general rule, the subsidy period is a single year. If the same project is to be continued in the next fiscal year, an application is required every year, and there is a screening each time.

※When applying for this subsidy for the second and third years of this subsidy in the same business, it is necessary to submit a “Status Record on Continuing Business”.

(E) The rules of the organization, the articles of incorporation and other similar documents and members list (free format)
F. Purchase instructions for equipment (No. 5 style) (word: 21KB)
※If the purchase amount of equipment etc. is 10,000 yen or more per case and exceeds half of the subsidy application amount, it is necessary to submit a “Purchase Manual for Equipment”.

※Only organizations that are in the first year of application will be required to explain the contents of the application by the screening committee, so be sure to attend.
Decision on subsidy grant / non-grant
Early April 2024 (planned)

Changes in business plan
If a change occurs in the business plan after receiving the subsidy grant decision, please submit a business plan change application immediately.
Business Performance Report
Please submit report documents on the results of activities in FY2024. (Submission date: early April 2025)

※Submission is required if the purchase amount of equipment is 10,000 yen or more per case and exceeds half of the subsidy grant decision amount, submission is required.
Grant of subsidies
We examine performance report and send "subsidy amount confirmation letter of advice". After receiving the “Subsidy Amount Confirmation Notice”, please submit a “Subsidy Grant Invoice”.
※It takes about 2 to 3 weeks from examination to sending the subsidy confirmation notice, and about one month from the submission of the invoice to the payment of the subsidy.
