Overview of Subsidiary System
For details of the program, please be sure to check the application guidelines.
Target business
About new business for local problem solution that inhabitants of a ward work on voluntarily including attractive town development and interchange support of inhabitants, we assist a part of activity costs.
Target organizations
Three or more members, and more than half of them are Tsurumi residents (residents, working, or attending school), organized by an organization based in Tsurumi Ward, where residents can participate freely (volunteer groups, civil society groups, Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, etc.)
Supplementary contents
Subsidized amount
1st year: Within 9/10 of the subsidized expenses (up to 100,000 yen)
2nd year: Within 5/10 of the subsidized expenses (up to 50,000 yen)
3rd year: Within three-tenths of subsidized expenses (up to 30,000 yen)
※In calculating the subsidy amount, fractions of sum less than 1,000 yen shall be rounded down.
※The subsidy can be used from the date of receiving the grant until March 31 of the following year. It cannot be carried over to the next fiscal year.
Subsidiary period
Up to three years per business
※In principle, the subsidy period is a single year. If you continue to carry out the same business in the next fiscal year, you need to apply every year, and there will be a screening each time.

Application guidelines will be distributed at the Tsurumi Ward Office, community care plazas in Tsurumi Ward, and district centers.

※If you apply for this subsidy for the second and third years in the same business, you need to submit a “Status Record on Continued Business”.

E. Organization rules, articles of incorporation and other similar documents (free format)
F. Purchase instructions (fifth style) such as equipment (word: 19KB)
※If the purchase amount of equipment etc. is 10,000 yen or more per case and exceeds half of the subsidy application amount, it is necessary to submit a "purchase manual for equipment etc."

※As for the application matter, only the organization that is the first year of application will be explained by the review committee, so be sure to attend.
Determination of subsidies and non-grants

Schedule after the grant is decided
Changes in Business Plans
If a change occurs in the business plan after receiving the subsidy grant decision, please submit the business plan change application immediately.
Business Performance Report
Please submit report documents about the activity results of 2025. (Date of submission: early April 2026)

Grant of subsidies
We examine results report and send "subsidy amount confirmation letter of advice". After receiving the "Subsidy Amount Confirmation Notice", please submit a "Subsidy Grant Invoice".
※It takes about 2-3 weeks from the examination to the sending of the subsidy confirmation notice, and about one month from the submission of the invoice to the payment of the subsidy.
