We dispatch specialized advisors who provide advice such as the creation of a structure of activities and support local activities so that activities to solve local issues and create local attractions can be continued or developed.

It is an organization that meets the following requirements.

1. Organizations (volunteer groups, civil society groups, Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, etc.) that are mainly organized by residents (residents and working) and are engaged in activities that residents can participate freely.
2. There are rules, bylaws, etc., and there is a place for democratic decision-making as an organization.
3. Being an organization that is continuously active, or a newly established and is expected to continue working.

1. Number of dispatches per organization
   Up to three times in principle during the fiscal year
   ※In the case of a large number of applications, the number of dispatches may be adjusted within the budget.
2. Adviser
   Dispatch experts who are familiar with local activities according to community development, operation of local organizations, creation of leaders, disaster prevention, and other consultation contents

※Since the selection of advisors to be dispatched is performed in the ward, we may not be able to meet your wishes. Thank you for your understanding.

• Advice for continuing activities such as securing funds and leaders
• Advice for creating a system for disaster prevention in the region

Tsurumi Ward will bear it.
※The upper limit is 50,000 yen per dispatch, and the upper limit of dispatch expenses to one group in a single year is 150,000 yen.
