We dispatch specialized advisors who provide advice on the creation of a mechanism for activities to support local activities so that activities to solve local issues and create local attractions can be continued or developed.

It is an organization that meets the following requirements.

1. Being an organization (volunteer group, civil society organization, Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, etc.) that is organized mainly by inhabitants of the ward (resident, working) and is engaged in activities that residents can participate freely.
2. There are rules, bylaws, etc., and there is a place for democratic decision making as an organization.
3. Being an organization that is continuously active, or a newly established and is expected to continue working.

1. Number of dispatches per group
   Up to three times in principle within the fiscal year
   ※In the case of a large number of applications, we may adjust the number of dispatches within the budget.
2. Adviser
   Dispatch experts who are familiar with local activities according to community development, management of local organizations, development of leaders, disaster prevention, and other consultation content

※Since the advisor to be dispatched is selected in the ward, we may not be able to meet your wishes. Please note that in advance.

• Advices for continuing activities, such as securing funds and personnel
• Advices for the creation of a disaster prevention system in the region

Tsurumi Ward will bear it.
※Up to 50,000 yen per dispatch, and the upper limit of dispatch expenses to one organization in a single year is 150,000 yen.

3. After the dispatch is decided, the schedule will be adjusted.
