Tozuka Fureai Cultural Festival

The Tozuka Fureai Cultural Festival is a place for inhabitants of a ward working on cultural activities to announce the results of their daily activities for the purpose of "promotion of vibrant local culture with contact" as part of the Tozuka Fureai Residents' Festival Executive Committee holds.

1. Application field: Painting, calligraphy, flower arrangement, pottery, handicrafts, crafts, sculpture, Kawayanagi, haiku, tanka, etc.
2. Qualifications: As a general rule, those who live, attend school or work in Totsuka Ward or engage in cultural activities in Totsuka Ward and who can cooperate with the operation of the Tozuka Fureai Cultural Festival (regardless of individuals or groups).

[Stage Division]

1. Application field: Dance, drama, brass band, chorus, etc.
2. Qualifications: As a general rule, those who live, attend school or work in Totsuka Ward or engage in cultural activities in Totsuka Ward and who can cooperate with the operation of the Tozuka Fureai Cultural Festival (regardless of individuals or groups).
