Totsuka Ward Residents' Honor Award, Encouragement Award and Special Award

Totsuka Ward presents the Totsuka Ward Citizen's Honor Award, Encouragement and Special Award to honor those who have made outstanding achievements in raising the name of the Totsuka Ward.

Totsuka Ward Citizen's Honor Award

The Totsuka Ward Residents' Honor Award was established in May 2009 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Tozuka constituency system.
This award is given to those who have made outstanding achievements in sports, arts, culture, etc., and who have made remarkable achievements in raising the name of the Totsuka Ward.
