Totsuka Ward Citizen's Honor Award, Encouragement Award and Special Award

Totsuka Ward presents the Totsuka Ward Citizen's Honor Award, Encouragement Award, and Special Award to honor those who have made outstanding achievements in enhancing the name of Totsuka Ward.

Totsuka Ward Honor Award

The Totsuka Ward Honor Award was established in May 2009 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Tozuka constituency system.
The honor is given to those who have made outstanding achievements in sports, arts, culture, and other fields, giving bright hope and pride to the residents of the city and those who have made outstanding achievements in raising the name of Totsuka Ward.
