Promotion of local culture

The Totsuka Kids Ikiiki Art Festival, which began in 2007, is a part of creating the charm of the city of Tozuka utilizing cultural arts, elementary school studenｔ schools in the city and various cultural activities of students. It is an event to send to all of you.
Adults related to children in the community, such as the government, youth instructors, PTA, and YMCA, work together to support the presentation of the results of unique club activities, exchange activities that transcend the boundaries of after school program and schools.

The Totsuka Ward Regional Promotion Division permits the use of the sponsorship of the Totsuka Ward and confers the Director General Award for public interest events held by organizations.
