Long-standing lifestyle causes distortion of the skeleton and loss of balance with muscles, straining the waist.
Knowing the distortion of your skeleton and returning it to the correct posture can reduce the burden on your waist.
Also, when muscles become nervous and less flexible, the blood flow of the body is stagnant and fatigue is more likely to accumulate.
Stretch or exercise to keep your muscles flexible.
