Totsuka Slojog Project
Last update date April 2, 2024
Kashio River Night Run (Slow Jogging® Course) will be held!
We will hold the Kashio River Night Run, which runs on the Kashio River at night with slow Jogging®.
This is a popular project that was held every year until 2019.
This program will be implemented mainly for the work and child-raising generations.
Because it runs slowly at walking speed, it is also recommended for people who are not good at exercising.
Moreover, the calorie consumption is about twice as much as walking!
Why don't you start together for your own health?
Participation alone and participation with friends is welcome!
Those who have taken the Slow Jogging® course in Totsuka Ward in the past can also attend.
In addition, it will be eligible for the Yokohama Marathon 2024 Challenge Frame. (Refer to the bottom for details.)
We look forward to your participation.
Person who hopes for participation, please apply from Yokohama-shi electronic application, report service (outside site) (outside site).
Application is available from April 11, 2024.
