Let's be aware of the stride width
Last Updated September 19, 2024
It is said that stride width is greatly related to physical health and cognitive function.
The method of measuring the stride is to measure the toes from the toes.
If you know your stride width, try walking with awareness of gradually expanding the stride width to +5cm and +10cm.
If you walk slowly and widen your stride, you will not hurt your joints, you will not be tired, and you will consume more energy than walking normally.
Exercise effects such as increasing muscle strength in the lower body and tightening body can also be expected.
Let's be aware of a wider stride than usual.
※If you have a pain in your knees or lower back, don't overdo it and walk according to your condition.
