Registration system for groups and circles

The Seya Residents' Activities Center accepts registrations for groups and circles active in the city at any time.
When you register, the circles you wish to publish will also be posted on the "Group / Circle Guide" issued by the center and on the website.
We guide information registered when there is inquiry (we want to join) about group, circle from inhabitants of a ward.
I want to increase the number of members! I want many people to know about the activities! I want to collaborate with local communities and other organizations! You can expand your activities and networks, for example. Please refer to group, circle which registration is hoped for to Seya inhabitant of a ward activity center

New registration procedures

If you wish to register newly, please fill out the registration application form with required items and submit it directly to the Seya Ward Residents' Activities Support Center window. We also accept mail and e-mail.

Seya Ward Group/Circle Registration Information　

Many circles are registered in the Seya Ward Residents' Activities Center. "Those who want to start something" and "Those who want to participate or visit a circle" can be searched here.
"The 2022 Seya Ward Group and Circle Guide" has been published. Guides can be viewed at the Seya Residents' Activities Center, Seya Ward Office Regional Promotion Division, District Center, Community School, Seya Sports Center, Community Care Plaza, Seya public hall, and Seya Library.
