Reuse and Recycling

Boxes for collecting recyclables (four items of newspapers, magazines and other paper, paper packs, cloths) from homes are installed at ward offices, district centers, and sports centers.

Small household appliances collection boxes are installed at ward offices, commercial facilities, etc. to collect small household appliances that are no longer needed at home.
The collection item is a product that operates with electricity and batteries with a length of less than 30 cm that fits into the collection box input (30 cm x 15 cm).
※Personal computers are also eligible.

You can bring resources such as recycle paper and plastic containers and packaging to the Seya office in Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau. For more information, please visit this page.

"Reuse Bunko" aims to make effective use of resources and reduce garbage by reusing (reusing) books that are no longer needed at home.
We have set up space for accepting and providing books (reuse paperbacks) at the Seya Ward Office, Seya Library and Seya Office in Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau.

If you have any books you can offer, please bring them directly.
In addition, we cannot accept items that are severely dirty or damaged, those that aim to promote and promote political and religious activities, and those that hinder the healthy development of young people.
※Books brought to the reuse library may be donated to the library.

Please bring up to 10 books at a time.

In order to promote the reuse of items that are no longer needed at home, a reuse information board has been installed at the ward office (in front of the elevator on the first floor). Please use it as a place for information exchange.

If you would like to post information, please fill out the cards of "Yuzurisu" and "Please give me" at Regional Promotion Division on the third floor of the ward office (34th window). We will post it after confirming the contents.
If you would like to negotiate a transfer or transfer after looking at the posted information, please come to Regional Promotion Division on the third floor of the ward office (window 34).
※Please note that negotiations for transfer and transfer will be conducted between the parties.
※Some items are not handled, such as for commercial purposes, those with a high transfer price, creatures, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, etc.
