Provision of food to food drives
From October 2020, ward offices will accept the provision of food to food drives.

What is a food drive?
Food drive refers to activities in which unused foods that cannot be used up in each household and collectively donate them to food bank organizations and local welfare facilities and organizations.
Since October 2020, the Seya Ward Office and Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Seya Office have been accepting food supplies to food drives as part of efforts to reduce food loss.
The collected food will be donated to local welfare facilities and those in need of food through the Seya Ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare.
