Chihide Center

　The Chihide Center is a facility operated by the local community with the aim of promoting the voluntary activities and community formation of local residents and contributing to the healthy development of young people. We ask that both users and local people comply with the rules so that they can use the Chihide Center with peace of mind.

Reservation method: Visit or telephone
Date and time of reception: Every Sunday, 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 9:00 to 12:40
Reception starts: First-come-first-served basis from the first reception date of the month before use (telephone reservation on the first day is 10:00 to 12:40)
　　　　　However, reservations for the first day are up to 4 days indoors and 1 day outdoors.
Reservation confirmation: Submit an application form and pay the prescribed operating cooperation fee. In the case of telephone reservation, please visit and apply within 8 days from the reception date.
　　　　　※If you do not apply within the period, your reservation will be cancelled. Use only for junior high school students and younger is not allowed.

• In the case of personal convenience, we will refund if there is an offer within 8 days from the date of payment of the cooperation fee.
• If it is difficult to use due to bad weather (typhoon, outdoor rainy weather, etc.), a refund will be made if requested by the start time of use.

　　　　　In each case, please bring your receipt within 8 days from the date of the offer, come to the library and receive a refund.

When a polling place or evacuation center is established in the center, or if it is judged that normal operation is difficult due to a disaster, the use of the entire building will be discontinued. In that case, the center will inform you of the cancellation of the reservation and refund the operating cooperation fee in a timely manner.
