A facility that supports local welfare activities, health activities, etc., and comprehensively provides welfare services in familiar places so that citizens can live a healthy and secure life in the area where they are accustomed.
Currently, the following five locations are located in Sakae Ward.
Kasama Community Care Plaza, Katsuradai Community Care Plaza, Kosugaya Community Care Plaza, Toyoda Community Care Plaza, Nakano Community Care Plaza
